Monster Cookies
12 eggs
1 pound margarine
4 cups sugar
18 cups instant oatmeal
4 cups brown sugar
8 teaspoons baking soda
1 talespoon vanilla
1 tablespoon corn syrup
6 cups chunky peanut butter (28 ounce jar = 3 cups)
1 pound m and m candy
2 12 ounce packages of chocolate chips
Cream eggs, margarine, sugar, brown sugar. Add vanilla.
Add oatmeal, baking soda, corn syrup, and peanut butter.
Add candy and chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 degrees for ten minutes.
Artichoke Dip
1 cup mayo
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 16 ounce can artichoke hearts
*1 cup fresh spinach
* 1 teaspoon minced garlic
Drain and rinse artichike hearts.
Mix ingredients.
Bake in casserole dish at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve with crackers.
*or toasted pita, tortilla chips
*indicates new addition made by me to the original recipe :)
Overnight Egg Fondue
8 to 12 slices of bread
4 to 6 slices American cheese
bacon bits
5 eggs
3 cups of milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
Trim crusts from bread, if desired. Butter half of the slices. Place on bottom of a buttered 8 by 12-inch baking dish. Place a slice of cheese on top each bread slice. Put cooked bacon bits on cheese. Top with another slice of bread.
Beat the eggs and blend in milk and salt. Pour over bread and cheese.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake in overn at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
Serves 8.
