Artichoke Dip

1 cup mayo 1 cup parmesan cheese 1 16 ounce can artichoke hearts *1 cup fresh spinach * 1 teaspoon minced garlic Drain and rinse artichike hearts. Mix ingredients. Bake in casserole dish at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers. *or toasted pita, tortilla chips *indicates new addition made by me to the original recipe :)
